I'm not feeling particularly gory or spooky, and what I would dearly love is to curl up with the movie which is my gold standard for what singers who want to call themselves actors should aspire to, as well as my gold standard for 60s movies overall - A Hard Day's Night. I mean, Ringo, John, Paul, George (not to mention Paul's grandpa) and their songs, plus it's funny, engaging and sweet - what else can a girl on a nostalgia trip want, really?

Hooray for A Hard Day's Night!
It is quite possible that my sister and I can recite the entire script start to finish.
i should be excited about halloween, afterall I'm going to a costume party, but I really just dont seem to be in the mood right now.
although posting on the beatles gives me a god costume idea!
Alanna, good to see you back :)
There's plenty of time to get into the spirit of it, really- and I'm glad the post serves some use (are you planning to go as a Beatle?).
I love that movie!
Hey this is quite a blog. Fashion. Hmm. I only remember a grape necklace.
When the Beatles run away from it all and go running madly into this field, they have a running race where everyone does something (to borrow a phrase) completely different. There is something about that spurt of freedom that I will never forget, the chance to just get away and be a kid.
Hello, I totally recommend living every day like you're in a spy movie (pref: as Bond Girl, but a goodie so you don't end up dead). It will make any outfit look 10x as chic. Probably.

Lovely pictures, i'm a huge Beatles fan. All the time i see such images it brings me a nostalgia about an age i wish i had lived in.
